Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume. If we experience an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will contact you with an update.

 

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order details and delivery destination. We offer free standard shipping on domestic U.S. orders over $100, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Orvàlia Dew is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address, Orvàlia Dew is not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with the carrier, neighbors, building management, or mailroom if applicable. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help you review the situation. Orvàlia Dew is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed carrier delivery.
