Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of body-care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used products.
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of tracked delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unsealed, and unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of tracked delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us before sending your item back. We are not responsible for returns sent without prior approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product.
- Clear photos of the exterior shipping box and packing materials.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Individual sensitivities vary. Please review the full ingredient list before use. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use. For any serious reaction, seek medical advice.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Final Sale Items
Items marked final sale, limited promotional items, or gift-with-purchase items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
